How Does This Work?

Using this site before the draw:

If you believe that the credit card you used to apply for your hunt application will not be valid at the time of the draw to pay for permit fees, you can now update your credit card information yourself by using this website. You will need your Session ID and Confirmation number. You can locate these numbers in your confirmation email you received after submitting your application.

If you did not include an email address or have lost your Session ID and Confirmation number on your hunt application, you can contact the Wildlife Administrative Services Office at 1-800-221-0659 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to make a request for these numbers.

If you applied multiple times, you will have received different Session IDs and Confirmation Numbers for each transaction you completed. You will need to repeat the credit card change for each of those transactions.

Using this site after the draw:

Should you receive an email stating your credit card has declined for the permit fee charges, you may use this site to update your credit card information. You will need your session ID and confirmation number that you received in your email notification.

Upon entering these numbers, you will be able to have the new card charged immediately for any declined permit fees. If you applied in a group, all permits in the group must be charged to the same card.
